Done means proven

Every clean in Allset ends the same way: a ticked checklist, photographs, and a timestamped report — so “is it ready?” becomes a look at your phone, not a drive across town.

THE QUESTION THAT EATS YOUR AFTERNOON

“Is the place ready?” should not require a phone call

A guest lands in three hours and all you have is hope and a text that says “done”.

Allset replaces “done” with evidence. The checklist shows what was ticked and what was skipped and why; the photographs show the rooms as they were left; the timestamps show when. You stop checking up, because checking is built in.

How a clean proves itself

The record builds itself while the work happens — nobody writes a report afterwards.

  • The work is the checklist

Your brief becomes the task list — ticked room by room as the clean happens, skipped items marked with why.

  • Photographs where they matter

The rooms as they were left, attached to the clean — evidence for you, protection for your cleaner.

  • The report assembles itself

Checklist, photographs, start and finish times — one record per clean, ready the moment the work ends.

  • The history stays put

Every clean's record sits on the property, beside a change log neither side can quietly rewrite.

WHAT THE PROOF IS MADE OF

Evidence, not promises

Four kinds of record, one per clean — each one something a person could check.

  • A calm, freshly tidied living room in a holiday let

    The ticked checklist

What was done, what was skipped, and why — task by task, room by room.

  • Timestamped photographs

The rooms as they were left, attached to the clean they belong to.

  • Start and finish times

When the clean began and ended — hours recorded with the work itself.

  • Consumables noted

What was used and how much, kept on the clean for the record.

  • A change log

Every action that affects the other side is written down — and neither side can quietly rewrite it.

  • A loft living room with tall windows and a green sofa

    Protection both ways

The same record that shows you it was done properly protects your cleaner when questions come.

A RECORD BOTH SIDES TRUST

Disagreements end at the log

When two businesses share one turnover, the record has to be one neither of them can quietly edit. That is how Allset's history is built.

Proof from the first clean

Nothing to configure — the record is a by-product of the work.

  1. Write the brief once

Your standards per room become the checklist every clean runs on.

  2. The clean happens

Your cleaner ticks tasks as they go, on any phone.

  3. Photos where they matter

Rooms as they were left, attached to the clean automatically.

  4. The report is ready

Checklist, photographs and times — assembled the moment work ends.

  5. The history accumulates

Every clean joins the property's record, beside the change log.

Frequently asked questions

What proof does Allset keep for each clean?

The ticked checklist (including what was skipped and why), the photographs your cleaner took, start and finish times, and any consumables noted — one report per clean.

Can the record be edited afterwards?

The change log cannot be edited by anybody, including us. A record that settles disagreements is worth nothing if a party to the disagreement can rewrite it.

Who sees the proof?

You see the record of cleans at your own properties; your cleaner sees the jobs they did. A cleaning business's client sees their properties' cleans — not the business's internal rota.

What happens if the signal drops mid-clean?

Nothing is lost. Ticks and photographs are saved on the device as they are made and sent when signal returns. Opening the app needs a connection.

Does my cleaner have to write reports?

No. The report assembles itself from the ticked checklist, the photographs and the times — writing it is nobody's job.

What does this cost?

Proof is not an add-on — it is how every clean ends, on every account. Owners and hosts pay nothing at all. A cleaning business gets its first property free, then pays by how many are active, on the web.
