Your Airbnb calendar, shared with your cleaner

Airbnb already publishes your calendar as an iCal link. Paste it into Allset once and your stays arrive on a calendar your cleaner works from — no screenshots, no forwarding, no retyping.

One listing, one link, read on every sync.

THE LINK AIRBNB ALREADY GIVES YOU

You do not need an integration. You need the link

Airbnb publishes an iCal export for every listing — it is in the calendar's availability settings, and it is yours to use.

Allset reads that feed. Your stays appear on the shared calendar, checkouts surface as cleans when you sync, and each one carries the property brief your cleaner works from. Allset never writes into Airbnb; the feed is read-only, so your listing is untouched.

From Airbnb export to a clean

Four moves — you copy, you paste, you run the sync, and the cleans are there.

  1. 01

    Export

    In Airbnb

    Copy the iCal export link

In your listing's availability settings, Airbnb hands out an iCal export URL. That link is the whole integration.

  2. 02

    Paste

    Into the property

    Paste it into Allset

Add the property, paste the feed. One calendar feed per property — the place you list it is the calendar Allset reads.

  3. 03

    Sync

    Stays arrive

Your stays land on the calendar

Guest stays appear with their arrival and departure dates on the calendar you and your cleaner both read.

  4. 04

    Clean

    Checkouts convert

    Checkouts become cleans

Each sync turns the checkouts it brings in into cleans to assign — with the brief attached and photo proof at the end.

WHAT YOU GET

Everything after the paste, handled

Connecting Airbnb is one link. What it buys you is the rest of the turnover.

  • A whitewashed villa with a terracotta roof above a pool

    One calendar, both of you

Your Airbnb stays and your cleaner's jobs on one view — no forwarded screenshots.

  • Read-only, always

Allset reads the feed Airbnb publishes. It never writes to your listing, your pricing or your availability.

  • Several listings

One feed per listing, each on its own property, each with its own brief.

  • One feed per property

Each property reads one booking calendar. Point it at the platform that holds that place's bookings.

  • Your own cleaner

Not a marketplace — invite the cleaner you already use, free, and they see the same calendar.

  • A tidied corner of a living room with an armchair in morning light

    Proof at the end

Ticked checklist, photographs and times on every clean, kept with the property.

READ-ONLY BY DESIGN

Your listing stays exactly as it is

Allset takes a copy of what Airbnb publishes and never sends anything back. Nothing in your listing can be changed by connecting it.

  • Read-only — Allset never writes into Airbnb
  • A dropped signal loses nothing your cleaner records — it is saved on their phone first
  • Photo proof on every clean it creates
  • First property free, cleaner accounts free always

Frequently asked questions

How do I share my Airbnb calendar with my cleaner?

Copy the iCal export link from your listing's availability settings, paste it into your property in Allset, and invite your cleaner. You then both read the same calendar, and syncing turns checkouts into cleans.

Is Allset an official Airbnb integration?

No. Allset simply reads the iCal calendar Airbnb publishes for your listing — the same link you could give any calendar app. There is no partnership implied and none claimed.

Can Allset change my Airbnb listing?

No. iCal feeds are read-only: Allset reads what Airbnb publishes and never writes back, so your availability, pricing and listing content are untouched.

Do guest names come across?

Only what the feed carries. Airbnb's export is mostly dates and a reservation label — Allset uses the stay dates to work out when a clean is needed.

I have several Airbnb listings — does that work?

Yes. Each listing publishes its own iCal link, and each becomes its own property in Allset with its own brief and cleaner.

What does it cost?

If these are your properties, nothing — Allset is free for owners and hosts, with no limit. The paid plan belongs to the cleaning business: its first property is free, then it is priced by how many are active, billed monthly or yearly and paid on the web, never as an in-app purchase.
