Booking.com departures, turned into cleans
Where Booking.com offers a calendar export for your property, point Allset at it — the reservations arrive on a calendar your cleaner works from, every departure ready to become a clean.

No channel manager required — just the calendar link
Where the extranet offers calendar sync for your property, it hands out an iCal link. That link is all Allset needs.
Allset reads it and nothing more: reservations land on the shared calendar, and each sync turns the departures it brings in into cleans carrying that property's brief. Your extranet, rates and availability are never written to.

From extranet link to a clean
The same four moves as any feed — you find the link, paste it, sync, and the cleans are there.

Your channel stays yours, the cleaning gets sorted
Allset sits under whatever you already run — it is the cleaning layer, not another channel manager.

One calendar, both of you
Booking.com reservations and your cleaner's jobs on the same view.
Read-only, always
Allset never writes to your extranet — no rates, no availability, no content.
Under your channel setup
Allset reads one calendar per property and never touches how you distribute the listing.
A brief per property
Access, standards and quirks, attached to every clean automatically.
Your own cleaner
Invite the cleaner you already use — free account, same calendar.

Proof for every stay
Checklist, photographs and times per clean, kept with the property.
READ-ONLY BY DESIGN
Your extranet stays untouched
Connecting a calendar to Allset cannot change a rate, an availability block or a listing. The feed only travels one way.
- Read-only — Allset never writes into Booking.com
- A dropped signal loses nothing your cleaner records — it is saved on their phone first
- Photo proof on every clean it creates
- First property free, cleaner accounts free always
Frequently asked questions
Where is the iCal link in Booking.com?
In the extranet, under the property's calendar sync settings. Booking.com offers calendar export for some property types and not others — if yours has it, that URL is what you paste into Allset. If it does not, any other calendar holding those bookings works instead.
Is Allset a Booking.com partner or channel manager?
Neither, and it does not try to be. Allset reads the public iCal calendar and handles the cleaning side; your channel setup stays exactly as it is.
Can it change my rates or availability?
No. The feed is read-only — Allset reads what Booking.com publishes and never writes anything back.
I use a channel manager already. Does that clash?
No. Allset reads a calendar feed and creates cleaning work from it; it never touches distribution, so it sits happily under whatever you use.
My property is listed on several platforms — what do I connect?
One property reads one calendar feed. If a place is listed in several places, point Allset at the calendar that carries all of its bookings — most hosts keep one platform as the master, or sync the platforms to each other first.
What does it cost?
If these are your properties, nothing — Allset is free for owners and hosts, with no limit. The paid plan belongs to the cleaning business: its first property is free, then it is priced by how many are active, billed monthly or yearly and paid on the web, never as an in-app purchase.
