- Any iCal link
- Read-only
- Direct bookings too
If it publishes a calendar, Allset reads it
iCal is the open format the whole booking world already speaks. Smaller platforms, direct-booking tools, spreadsheets that export, even a personal calendar — if it hands out a link, Allset can turn it into cleaning work.

No API. No integration queue. A link
Waiting for a vendor to build an integration is how cleaning stays stuck on WhatsApp for another year.
Allset takes the route that already exists. iCal is published by nearly every booking system and every major calendar app, so the answer to “do you support X?” is usually “does X publish an iCal link?” — and it usually does.

Any feed, the same four moves
The mechanism does not care which system produced the calendar.
- 01
Find
The link
Find the iCal link
Look for “iCal”, “calendar export”, “subscribe” or a .ics URL in your system's calendar settings.
- 02
Paste
Into the property
Paste it into Allset
The property holds the feed. One calendar per property, whichever system produced it.
- 03
Sync
Stays arrive
Stays land on the calendar
Whatever the feed carries as a booking becomes a stay on the calendar you and your cleaner share.
- 04
Clean
Checkouts convert
Checkouts become cleans
Each sync turns the checkouts it brings in into cleans, brief attached, photo proof at the end.
One format, almost every system
Allset does not need a relationship with your booking tool — only the calendar it already publishes.

Direct bookings count too
Take bookings on your own site or by email? If your calendar exports iCal, those stays flow in like any other.
Smaller platforms
Regional and niche booking sites almost all publish an iCal export.
Personal calendars
Google, Apple and iCloud calendars publish iCal links too.
One feed per property
Each property reads a single calendar — whichever one holds that place's bookings.
Read-only, always
Allset reads a feed. It never writes back into whatever produced it.

The same loop at the end
Brief, checklist, photographs and a timestamped report — whatever the feed came from.
OPEN FORMAT, NO GATEKEEPER
Nothing to apply for, nobody to ask
An iCal link is public by design. That is why connecting takes a paste instead of a procurement conversation.
- Read-only — Allset never writes into your booking system
- A dropped signal loses nothing your cleaner records — it is saved on their phone first
- Photo proof on every clean it creates
- First property free, cleaner accounts free always
Frequently asked questions
What is an iCal feed?
A public link that publishes a calendar in a standard format. Booking platforms and calendar apps use it so different systems can show the same dates without talking to each other directly.
Does Allset support my booking system?
If it publishes an iCal link — and most do — then yes. The question is not whether Allset integrates with it, but whether it exports a calendar.
Can I use a personal Google or Apple calendar?
Yes. Both publish iCal links, which is useful if you keep direct bookings in a normal calendar.
What if my system does not export iCal?
Then Allset cannot read it, and we would rather say so than pretend. You could keep a calendar alongside it that does export, and point Allset at that.
Is the feed secure?
Treat the link as private: anyone holding it can see the dates it publishes. Allset only reads it, and never writes anything back to the source.
What does it cost?
If these are your properties, nothing — Allset is free for owners and hosts, with no limit. The paid plan belongs to the cleaning business: its first property is free, then it is priced by how many are active, billed monthly or yearly and paid on the web, never as an in-app purchase.
