Your work, finally in one place

Every job, every property's brief and your hours — together and up to date. Work with as many hosts as you like; when their bookings move, you know before anyone has to call you.

NO MORE SCREENSHOTS

Stop cleaning from text messages and screenshots of somebody's calendar

Every host has their own system — texts, spreadsheets, a forwarded calendar — and you are the one holding it all together.

Allset gives you one list of jobs across every host you work with, each with that property's brief: access, alarm, what matters in every room. And because it all comes from one shared calendar, nobody has to remember to forward you anything.

A job, from ping to sign-off

What a clean looks like inside Allset — for you, not for the office.

  • A clean appears on your list

A guest checks out, and the clean is on your calendar — the right day, the right property, no phone call needed.

  • The property explains itself

Access notes, alarm codes, what the host cares about room by room — written once and attached to every job there.

  • Tick it as you go

Room by room on your phone, photos where they are wanted — and what you tick is saved on the phone, so a dropped signal loses nothing.

  • Done means done

Your finished checklist and photos become the report — the host sees it is done, and your hours are recorded with it.

WHAT YOU GET

Made for the person holding the mop

Most cleaning software is written for the office. This half of Allset is written for you — and it is free.

  • A cleaner mopping the floor of a bright apartment

    One list, every host

Work with as many hosts as you like. Every job lands on one calendar that stays current on its own.

  • Free, always

Not free-for-now. If a business employs you, your account costs nothing, ever — that is the deal.

  • The brief in your pocket

Codes, keys, quirks and standards per property — no more calling to ask which key box.

  • No forwarded screenshots

You read the same shared calendar as the host — not a photo of it that was true last Tuesday.

  • Your hours, recorded

Start and finish on every job, kept with the work — one record you and the host both see.

  • A sunlit living room opening onto a planted balcony

    Proof that protects you

Your photos and ticked checklist are the record that the work was done, and done properly.

BUILT FOR THE JOB

Made for the stairwell, not the showroom

Cleaning happens in stairwells and cellars, with a phone in one hand. What you tick and photograph is saved on the phone first, so a dropped signal loses nothing.

From invitation to first clean

Five steps, and the first three are nothing more than opening a link.

  1. Open your invitation

A host or cleaning business invites you by email. The link is your way in.

  2. Create your free account

In the browser on any phone — no card, nothing to install unless you want to.

  3. Read the brief

Each property you clean comes with its access notes and standards attached.

  4. Work the checklist

Tick rooms and tasks as you go, take photos where they are wanted.

  5. Finish with proof

Your checklist and photos become the report, and your hours are recorded with the job.

Frequently asked questions

Is Allset really free for cleaners?

If a business employs you, yes — always, and nothing is ever bought inside the app. If you take on your own clients instead, that is a business account: the first property is free, then it is priced by how many are active, paid on the web.

Do I bid for jobs on Allset?

No. Allset is not a marketplace — you work with the hosts and businesses who invite you, the ones you already know.

Can I work for several hosts at once?

Yes, as many as you like. Every job lands on one list, each with the right property's brief.

What if the signal drops at the property?

Nothing you have done is lost: what you tick and photograph is saved on your phone first and sent when signal returns. Opening the app, or moving to another screen, needs a connection.

What do the photographs do?

They attach to the clean as timestamped proof the work was done. That record protects you as much as it informs the host.

Do I need an iPhone?

No — any phone with a browser works, and Allset installs to the home screen so it opens like an app.
